Asian Peruvian fine dining where every touchpoint, from architecture to wayfinding, was designed to make flavour become feeling.

Sora is a Nikkei fine dining restaurant in Ahmedabad, part of The Primo Collective under the Mann and Salwa brand architecture.

Storm's scope ran from research and discovery through to every touchpoint a guest encounters: brand architecture, linguistic identity, architectural interiors, environmental wayfinding, sensory experience design, custom furniture, narrative development, and print.

The brief was to bridge the disciplined precision of East Asian tradition with the expressive soul of Peruvian cuisine without falling into fusion clichés. The result is a space and identity that holds together as a single, coherent design language.
