Storm Worldwide Design, an independent consultancy led by Principal Design Consultant Rehan Saiyed, specialises in the intersection of brand strategy, spatial design and immersive experiences.
Every engagement starts with research and ends with cohesive identities and environments that connect across all touchpoints - physical, digital and beyond.
This work spans institutional governance, luxury hospitality, retail ecosystems, cultural institutions and technology organisations across Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East, India, the UK, Europe and the United States.
Rehan personally leads each project, supported by a trusted network of specialist collaborators. These collaborators are brought in to meet the specific demands of each brief.

Brand Strategy
and Identity
Every brand faces a positioning challenge. I collaborate with organisations to define their identity, values and how these translate into a unified presence across all touchpoints.
This encompasses brand research and strategy, naming, visual identity systems, brand architecture, design systems and guidelines, and strategic copywriting.
Spatial, Interior
and Industrial Design
The physical environment isn’t just a backdrop; it’s the brand made tangible. I design spaces and objects that embody the brand’s logic and feeling through every material choice, proportion and detail.
This encompasses conceptual architecture and interior design, space planning, physical ergonomics, biophilic and lighting design, furniture and industrial design, as well as exhibition and pavilion environments.
Environmental Experience
and Wayfinding
People should never feel lost physically or emotionally. My goal is to design navigational systems that minimise cognitive friction and make complex environments feel intuitive, legible and inclusive.
This encompasses environmental signage, wayfinding strategies, information architecture, WCAG accessibility integration and augmented reality-enhanced navigational systems.
Immersive Technology, XR
and Digital Twins
Emerging technology is only valuable when it serves a human purpose. My work involves designing immersive digital layers that extend the brand experience beyond the physical world. This allows for testing and refinement of environments before construction.
This encompasses augmented, virtual and mixed reality experiences, digital twin synthesis, 3D visualisation, interaction design, spatial computing environments and conversational AI integration.
Strategic Facilitation
and Co-Design
Much of the most valuable design work occurs before a single line is drawn. I lead structured co-design sessions that align stakeholders, uncover genuine user needs and build a solid evidence base for every subsequent decision.
This encompasses design sprints, JTBD and value proposition frameworks, assumption mapping, journey mapping and stakeholder workshops.
