Qamar Collection

An arch-form furniture collection under Rehan Saiyed Made, built around a single structural idea: the most sustainable object is one designed to be kept.

Qamar means moon.

The collection is named for the crescent and built around the arch, the simplest and most universal expression of that form. A single continuous tube of powder-coated steel bends from a four-leg base, rises, and sweeps into a backrest. The form does not decorate. It is the structure. Everything follows from that decision. Carrying the arch is a sleeve seat, a length of fabric that threads through the frame and locks with a mechanical catch. No adhesive. No staple. No permanently bonded upholstery. When the fabric wears, or when the owner wants something different, the sleeve slides out and a new one slides in.

The object is a platform for the owner to define, not a fixed declaration from the designer. The Qamar table, floor lamp, and desk lamp extend the same design language across three companion pieces, each sharing the arch as its structural and visual foundation, each offered in the same powder-coat palette, each designed to be kept rather than replaced.

Together they form a collection that inhabits a room without demanding it. The kind of things that stay for decades.
