La Serata
A complete design system for a luxury celebration venue in Ahmedabad, where naming, brand identity, architecture, and interior design were conceived together as a single unified experience.
La Serata is a multi-space celebration venue, designed to host weddings, receptions, corporate events, and grand celebrations across a banquet hall, restaurant, and open-air party lawn.
Storm's scope was total, beginning with the naming itself and extending through brand identity, architecture, interior design, spatial planning, signage, and environmental graphics.
The architectural language draws from classical Italian traditions, arched colonnades, layered facades, and formal spatial hierarchies that are rare in the contemporary Indian hospitality landscape. Rather than importing a style wholesale, the design interprets those classical references through a lens that feels considered and purposeful in its Ahmedabad context.
The brand identity carried that same discipline. The La Serata wordmark was custom drawn, its letterforms refined and extended to echo the architectural details of the venue itself, so the typography and the building share a visual grammar.
The name La Serata, meaning the evening in Italian, set the tone for everything that followed, and the design system made sure every element lived up to it.
To design a venue where the name, the space, and the identity are inseparable. Where guests arrive already inside the experience before they have crossed the threshold.
